It brings proposals, reservation records, itinerary information, and trip paperwork into one place, helping a traveller compare an option, locate documents, and keep a journey plan close during departure days. Status notifications, a departure countdown, itinerary sharing, and counsellor contact by telephone or email extend that record beyond the booking decision. Business users can narrow the list between leisure and corporate reservations or between trips they are taking and trips they manage for others. The package requires Android 9.0 or newer. Fresh document downloads and flight-change notifications need internet access, and the mobile app starts at account sign-in.

Customers can receive a travel proposal inside myTC, inspect its details, and indicate whether it suits their plans. Keeping that decision beside the counsellor relationship helps families, honeymooners, and business travellers compare options without hunting through email.
Keep each journey's paperwork together
Flights, hotels, transfers, excursions, confirmations, and other travel paperwork can stay with the relevant journey. A single trip record helps travellers retrieve what they need before departure and while moving through a trip, especially when several reservations would otherwise be scattered.
Stay informed after the booking is made
A departure countdown, flight-change notifications, shareable itinerary details, and direct telephone or email access to a Travel Counsellor give myTC an active support role after booking.
