Daily Schedules at a Glance
MyHotelTeam puts the employee’s immediate workday at the center of the Home page. Staff can check today’s shift and the next three days without opening a long calendar, which makes it easier to confirm start times before commuting, prepare for a handoff, or notice a newly published change. The compact view suits employees who need a quick answer between hotel tasks.
Published schedule information can then be followed in the weekly Schedule area, giving a broader view of upcoming shifts once the hotel releases them. The login screen’s Remember Me option and Help Center link keep the entry point practical, while the invitation activation route gives newly added employees a clear way to start using their workplace account. Access remains tied to the hotel’s setup.
Weekly Shifts and Planning
The weekly Schedule area is designed for employees who need more context than a single shift card can provide. Once a hotel publishes its roster, workers can look across the week, compare working days, and plan personal commitments around the shifts that are visible in their account. That makes the app useful for routine planning rather than only last-minute checks.
Schedule visibility can vary by workplace configuration, so the mobile view follows the pages and access choices made by the hotel. Employees may see their own published shifts, while some properties can enable broader team scheduling through the surrounding labor-management setup. This keeps the screen relevant to the employee’s role instead of presenting every hotel workflow to everyone.
Timecards and Weekly Hours
The Timecard area gives employees a running view of the current week’s hours. Daily entries and a week-to-date summary make it easier to spot the shape of a working week, prepare a question for a supervisor, or keep a personal record without adding every shift manually. It is a practical companion to the schedule because it focuses on time already recorded.
The timecard is intentionally centered on hours rather than payroll calculations. Pay-rate items such as wages and tips are not included, so employees should use their employer’s normal payroll channel for compensation details. Keeping that boundary clear helps the app stay focused on attendance information while still giving staff a useful at-a-glance account of their hours.
Time-Off Requests and Availability
MyHotelTeam also turns common availability changes into requests employees can manage from a phone. Staff can submit time-off requests when plans change and return to see whether each request is pending, approved, or denied. That status trail is useful for keeping a personal record and for checking whether a future absence has moved through the hotel’s approval process.
Availability preferences add a second planning layer for ongoing commitments. Employees can enter the times they expect to be available, then use the schedule and time-off areas together when organizing work and personal plans. Hotels can choose which pages are enabled for their staff, so the account’s available tools may differ between properties or employee roles.
