Android users first choose Canada, the United States, or International so the app can route them to the appropriate service environment. The tools tied to a student, teacher, staff, or administrator role then depend on the organization’s setup and permissions.
This organization-led approach keeps school identity, schedules, behavior records, and daily actions connected to the right campus. It also means the same app can look different for two users: one school may emphasize hall passes and digital IDs, while another enables FlexTime, check-ins, rewards, or community communication. Users should follow the region and account instructions provided by their school.
Digital IDs and Hall Pass Workflows
Digital student IDs give learners a school-issued identity card they can carry on their phone, while hall passes replace paper slips with trackable requests and active timers. Depending on the school’s workflow, a student can create a pass, wait for teacher approval, or receive a pass directly from staff. Schools can define destinations, durations, limits, and blackout periods.
