Dashboard for Electric Accounts
MiLUMA brings an electric service account into a simple dashboard view. Customers can sign in or register a residential or commercial account, then check the current balance and move into account details without searching through separate pages. The layout keeps the most important utility tasks close to the first screen, which is useful when you need a bill amount, a due date, or a quick service update.
Account cards can show multiple service accounts with their balances, while the dashboard also links to service-request forms and outage information. This gives households and businesses a practical starting point for routine account management, especially when several LUMA accounts need to be checked from the same phone.
Bills, Payments, and History
The account area is built around understanding and settling electric bills. Users can open current account information, review the total amount due and payment due date, view or download a bill in PDF format, and pay with a credit card or bank account. Keeping these steps together makes it easier to check the details first and then choose a payment method with the right amount in view.
MiLUMA also keeps a 12-month history of bills and payments, so customers can look back instead of relying on paper records or memory. That history is useful for comparing recurring charges, checking whether a payment was recorded, and keeping household or commercial service information organized over time.
Outage Maps and Service Requests
The Outages area gives customers a map-based way to check power problems affecting Puerto Rico. Markers summarize outage locations, and the screen offers Refresh and My Location controls so users can update the view or orient it around their area. This is useful when the first question is whether a service interruption is local, nearby, or part of a wider event.
From the Dashboard, users can also open service-request forms, while the outage area supports viewing and reporting outages. These tools turn a phone into a convenient contact point for routine service needs, helping customers report a problem, review available outage information, and return to account or bill tasks from the bottom navigation.
Sign-In, Help, and App Settings
MiLUMA combines account access with tools that make ongoing use easier. Existing Mi LUMA web customers can use the same username and password, while new customers can register with account details and a valid email. After the first password sign-in, the app can offer device-based options such as Face Unlock, fingerprint, a PIN, or a keyboard pattern for later access.
The FAQ area includes a search box and topic list covering the web and app, transactions, getting started, connections, and forgotten credentials. Settings links to the App Tour, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions of Use, software attributions, and contact choices including an online form, phone, or in-person help.
