Claims From Start to Submission
Claims are the central workflow in Diversified, giving benefits participants a mobile route for recording eligible expenses instead of keeping the process tied to a desktop. After signing in with an A.S.A.P. user name and password, a participant can choose Submit a New Claim and begin entering a reimbursement request.
The process moves through a clear sequence: select the benefit plan, add the expense amount, answer the required questions, and submit the claim for processing. That structure suits people managing FSA or HRA paperwork during a busy day, especially when a receipt or expense detail is already on the phone. It keeps the main task focused on turning a receipt into a complete request.
Receipt Photos and Plan Details
Receipt handling gives the app a practical advantage for on-the-go claims. Users can take a new picture of an itemized receipt or choose an existing photo, then use Attach Image to include it with the request. This is useful after a pharmacy visit, medical appointment, or dependent-care expense when the paper receipt is not nearby.
The claim form also asks users to select a benefit plan type, enter the dollar amount, and respond to the relevant questions before submitting. Combining the image and claim details in one flow helps reduce separate paperwork steps and makes the submitted request easier to associate with the correct account.
Claim Status, History, and Documentation
Diversified is more than a one-time submission screen. Its participant tools are designed to keep claim administration together, with access to claim status, account history, supporting documentation, and debit-card transaction substantiation. These areas give users a place to revisit what has already been filed and identify follow-up work.
That organization is helpful when a reimbursement needs an additional receipt or when a card transaction must be documented later. Instead of treating every claim as a separate task, participants can use the app as a compact companion to their benefits account, moving between new requests and ongoing account records as needed.
Benefits Participants on the Go
Designed for participants who manage workplace benefit plans, Diversified fits moments when a claim needs attention away from a computer. An employee can check account information, prepare a submission from a phone or tablet, and keep supporting records connected to the relevant plan. The service covers workflows associated with FSA and HRA arrangements, including health-care and dependent-care reimbursement.
The app is most useful for people whose employer or benefits administrator uses DBS and who already have the details needed for an A.S.A.P. account. New users can start from the Create New Account option, while returning participants can use Sign In to reach their account-based tasks.
