Improved emulation thread timing accuracy; renamed Frame Timing -> Frame Rate to Input Rate and added an Output Rate option; always use precise frame pacing; prefer the highest screen frame rate when screen and output rates do not divide evenly; default the timer frame clock to the system's original frame rate; added frame-timing statistics and clearer supported-clock options; lowered the default sound buffer size to two frames; improved Android frame-rate API usage on Android 15+; and added support for multiple memory patch codes per entry in MD.emu and related emulators.
