Added classification markings for global and per-channel banners (server v11.9.0+), Mattermost Blocks for interactive messages, timezone support and manual time entry for Interactive Dialog datetime fields, server wipe-notification processing, and Zero Persistence Mode for Mobile Ephemeral Mode. Also fixed database-corruption recovery, Android back-button behavior, and a critical timezone preservation bug.
