Physical Fitness Test Score Entry
The PFT workspace turns the familiar three-event assessment into a quick calculator. Select an age bracket, gender, altitude, exercise, and cardio option, then adjust the pull-up and crunch counts with the plus/minus controls or enter a run time. The page keeps the inputs together so you can try different combinations without rebuilding a worksheet.
A results table places each event beside its minimum, maximum, personal value, and score, then rolls the numbers into a total and class. That makes it useful before a training session, when comparing a target score with current numbers, or when checking how one stronger event can balance another.
Combat Events and Timed Standards
The CFT workspace focuses on the three events that define a Combat Fitness Test calculation: Movement to Contact, Ammo Can Lifts, and Maneuver Under Fire. Choose age, gender, and altitude first, then set repetitions or elapsed times with the same clear controls used in the PFT view. Separate rows make it easy to see which event needs attention while you work through a planned score.
The summary table shows event limits, your entries, points, a combined total, and the resulting class. This gives Marines a compact way to rehearse different CFT outcomes, compare a lifting target with a timed movement goal, and understand how each event contributes to the final classification before a real assessment.
Body Composition Program Inputs
The BCP page handles height, weight, neck, and abdomen measurements in one focused form. Select an age range and gender, enter height and weight, then adjust the measurement fields with the slider controls. Keeping these values together makes it easier to work through a body-composition calculation without switching between separate notes or tables.
The result area compares the entered weight with the permitted range and presents circumference and body-fat limits alongside the outcome, such as a passed BCP status. It is useful for checking how a measurement change affects the displayed result and for preparing a clear record before a scheduled fitness review. Treat the displayed thresholds as guidance for this release and confirm current policy when requirements change.
Age-Based Charts for Practice Planning
Charts provide a reference view when you want more than a single calculated score. Choose the chart type, age range, gender, and event, then browse a grid of repetitions or times mapped to points. The event picker includes pull-ups, push-ups, crunches, run, alternate run, row, and alternate row, so the same screen can answer different preparation questions.
Age columns and highlighted selections make the table practical for comparing a target with nearby brackets. Use it to set a realistic repetition goal, estimate the time associated with a score, or explain why a result changes when the selected profile changes. The chart view complements the calculators by turning standards into a quick planning reference.
