Build multi-stop routes for changing delivery days
Intelligent Routing focuses on route planning for fleet managers who need to turn several delivery stops into an organized run. The service supports multi-stop and multi-day planning, with optimization tools for distributing work across vehicles. This makes the app more useful for operational schedules than for a single personal journey: dispatchers can shape a day around customer addresses, vehicle availability, and the needs of a delivery team.
The Plan routes tab provides a starting point, with a clear add button and a list area for routes once they are created. Teams can use this space to keep planned work together and return to route details during a busy day. For foodservice deliveries and other recurring runs, the workflow offers a more structured alternative to juggling separate notes or map searches.
Monitor tracks and delivery progress
The Tracks area is the app's operational view for following location-based work. It uses GPS to follow the device and is designed to surface delivery activity as the day moves forward. The daily card separates logged locations from delivery events, giving a dispatcher or driver a compact way to see whether the current run has produced track information and recorded activity.
This view fits alongside the wider platform's live delivery reporting, where teams need more than a route drawn once at the start of the morning. Location updates can help managers understand progress, while drivers can keep the tracking screen close at hand during a run. The result is a focused mobile companion for teams that want clearer visibility between route planning and the final delivery report.
Keep customer addresses within reach
The Address book tab is built around a simple but valuable delivery task: saving customer destinations and finding them quickly when a route needs to be prepared or checked. Instead of treating each stop as a one-off search, the address workflow gives a fleet team a reusable place for customer locations, which can reduce repeated entry during regular delivery work.
The current layout keeps Address book beside Tracks and Plan routes in the bottom navigation, and an empty state clearly points users toward adding a new address. That structure makes the purpose easy to understand for a new dispatcher: add the destinations first, then use them as the foundation for planned runs. It suits foodservice and other route-based operations where the same customers may appear across changing daily schedules.
Move from planning to everyday fleet work
The mobile shell connects the main tasks that a delivery team needs in one place: route planning, saved addresses, location tracks, and a support entry. This compact navigation lets users switch between building a run and checking what has been recorded, without forcing every action into a single crowded screen. It is a practical design for dispatchers and drivers who need quick access while work is underway.
The Intelligent Routing service is aimed at foodservice suppliers delivering to restaurants, hotels, and catering businesses, where orders and priorities can change during the day. A small fleet can start with the core workflow, learn its delivery constraints, and expand its operating routine as needed. Use it when the goal is shared route visibility and organized delivery execution, rather than general consumer navigation.
