Daily Activity Dashboard and Health Trends
FitPro's Home dashboard turns compatible wearable readings into a quick daily overview. The main panel places steps beside a 5,000-step target, distance, calorie consumption, and progress, so you can see whether a routine is moving forward without opening several menus.
Scrolling through the same area brings together heart-rate values, sleep stages, ECG, Healthy habit entries, and a My health rating card. These panels give activity-minded users a simple place to compare everyday signals, while manual refresh and automatic device synchronization help keep the phone view aligned with the band. It is a practical snapshot for morning checks or end-of-day review.
Walking, Running, and Cycling Sessions
The Activities tab gives walking, running, and cycling their own starting points. Choose Walk, Run, or Bike, review total mileage, and use the large Start control when you are ready to begin a session. The layout keeps the current workout task visible instead of burying it inside the health summary.
A session can record pace, duration, calories, mileage, and an outdoor route when location data is available. FitPro also organizes activity totals over longer periods, making it useful for people who want to compare regular movement rather than only glance at a single day's step count. The tab is helpful for short walks as well as structured exercise sessions.
Smart Band Controls and Everyday Alerts
FitPro's device center is the bridge between the phone and a compatible Bluetooth band or watch. Bind a wearable from the Set area, then manage practical controls such as alarms, raise-to-wake, Do Not Disturb, message push, finding the device, and remote photography. The screen groups these tasks so daily watch adjustments do not compete with health statistics.
The same control area supports dial choices, device reset, unbinding, and firmware-related actions when a wearable exposes them. That combination suits users who want one companion app for connection, alerts, camera control, and routine watch maintenance instead of separate utilities for each task.
Personal Profile and Habit Management
The Profile tab collects personal and account-oriented tasks alongside a compact weekly summary. You can review steps, mileage, and a best record, then open the user profile to manage details such as height, weight, age, and activity goals that help contextualize wearable data.
FitPro also places its App instruction manual, FAQ, Export Personal Data, About, and Feedback entries in this area. This makes the profile page useful after setup: new users can find guidance, regular users can manage personal information or export data, and anyone troubleshooting a band has a clear route to help. It keeps support and housekeeping close to the personal summary.
