UKG Ready is a mobile companion for organizations that use UKG's workforce management and human-capital platform. It lets enabled employees handle time, pay, leave, benefits, and other work tasks from an Android device. Managers can also work with schedules, approvals, performance reviews, and team insights where their organization provides access. A company short name and organization-managed credentials are required, so this is not a standalone consumer HR app.

UKG Pro is a mobile workforce and HR app for employees and people managers whose organizations use UKG. After entering an employer-provided workspace access code or tenant URL, authorized users can reach enabled tools for clocking time, reviewing pay and personal HR information, checking schedules, managing time off, and tracking goals. Communication features can connect coworkers through chats, groups, pulse surveys, and recognition, while managers can respond to requests, timecard exceptions, and notifications. Available features depend on each employer's configuration, making the app a practical work hub for everyday workforce tasks.
