Commure Scribe helps clinicians turn patient conversations into structured documentation with less manual typing. During a visit, providers can capture the discussion, generate a SOAP or progress-note draft, review and edit the result, and finalize it only after applying professional judgment. Specialty templates, multilingual speech recognition, note history, and suggested ICD-10 or CPT codes support different clinical workflows. Completed material can be accessed across devices and moved toward an available EHR handoff. Clinicians remain responsible for consent, accuracy, coding, privacy, legal compliance, and final chart decisions, and should review recording, retention, account, integration, and protected-health-information practices before use.
