Add and Organize Paradox Sites
A new installation begins by adding a compatible site. BlueEye separates My M System, My Other Paradox Systems, and an Installer Environment, helping users choose the path that matches their panel and role. Installers can scan or enter a console serial number, name the site, configure devices, and then invite the site owner when setup is ready.
Existing users can sign in and return to sites already associated with their account. The menu also provides a practical starting point for adding legacy or non-M systems. By keeping owner and installer workflows distinct, BlueEye lets each user focus on the controls, sites, and maintenance tasks available to that role.
Cameras, Access, and Automation
BlueEye combines more than basic alarm arming. Compatible setups can bring security, access control, video, doorbell functions, and automation outputs into the same mobile app. A configured site may include cameras, remotes, programmable outputs, zones, and connected devices, giving users one place to move between monitoring and control tasks.
Which tools appear depends on the installed Paradox hardware, firmware, subscription state, and permissions assigned to the account. This flexible setup can serve a small home alarm or a more involved business system without forcing every user to see installer-only controls. It also makes it easier to expand a site as compatible equipment is added.
User Roles and Everyday Preferences
BlueEye uses account roles so installers, owners, masters, and other users can receive access suited to their responsibilities. Multi-user access with customized permissions helps a site owner share control without handing every person the same administrative rights. Profiles, invitations, and site-level user lists support ongoing access management as people or service providers change.
Everyday preferences are grouped in the menu, including appearance, alarm sounds, app language, recording memory, and biometric login. Notification settings can be adjusted in Android as well, which is helpful for balancing urgent alerts against routine messages. These controls make the app easier to adapt for personal use, shared households, or professional maintenance work.
