Contacting AVImark Support
AVImark puts the most immediate support options at the front of its mobile interface. The Contact area presents three large actions—Call Us, Directions, and Chat—so a practice team can choose a phone call, find the support location, or start a conversation without searching through a long menu.
A persistent bottom bar keeps Contact, Request, Info, Services, and More within reach as users move between tasks. The branded landing view gives the app a clear starting point for people who need help with AVImark veterinary management software, while the simple button layout keeps routine support access easy to understand on a phone.
Service Requests with Clear Details
Service requests are organized as a form rather than a loose message. Users can enter their name and phone number, choose a type of service, set a date and time, and add a comment that explains what they need. That structure gives a support team the practical details needed to understand a request before responding.
The Request area also includes an Add Picture option, a Send an Email action, and Reset Form control. A clinic can therefore describe a problem, attach a useful image when appropriate, send the completed request through the available email flow, and clear the fields when a new request needs to be started.
Events, Email, and Practice Information
Info gives AVImark users a quick route to Events and E-Mail, keeping announcements and direct written contact close to the main navigation. It is useful for a clinic team that wants to check what is happening or move from general information to a message without leaving the companion app.
The separate News entry in More adds another way to reach AVImark-related updates, while the app's large text and high-contrast controls make the available destinations easy to scan. These areas make AVImark more than a single contact button: they combine support communication, event awareness, and practical information access in one focused utility.
Services, News, and App Controls
Services collects two useful practice-facing options: PC Quotes and Suggestions. The first provides a direct place to request computer-related service information, while the second gives users a clear route for sharing ideas or feedback. Keeping both actions together makes less common requests easier to find.
The More section adds Share App, News, Settings, and Powered by entries, creating a small set of everyday controls around the core support workflow. Users who need to pass the app to a colleague, check updates, or open available preferences during a normal support day can reach those actions from one menu instead of navigating through unrelated screens.
