The editor also supports softer changes for users who want a natural finish. Makeup, hair, contouring, highlights, and eye adjustments can be combined with the original image rather than forcing one preset style. This makes AirBrush suitable for selfies, profile pictures, casual portraits, and quick touch-ups before sharing.
AI Cleanup and Creative Transformations
AirBrush adds AI-assisted tools for edits that go beyond skin and face adjustments. Magic and Eraser-style workflows can remove unwanted objects, clean marks, or reduce background distractions, while AI Replace can exchange an area for a new visual treatment. The app's home feed also presents examples such as Mirror Clean and AI Replace, giving users clear starting points instead of asking them to learn technical layers first.
Creative tools are useful when a photo needs more than correction. Background editing, enhancement, realistic scene changes, hairstyle ideas, and stylized effects can help turn a simple image into a more deliberate post. Users can explore these options one at a time, compare the before-and-after feel, and keep the main subject as the focus.
Lighting, Filters, and Video Edits
Lighting and color tools give portraits a second layer of control after retouching. Mood Lighting cards such as Soft Flash, G7X, and Flashnight show how the same image can move toward a brighter, warmer, or more atmospheric look. Other collections offer Tan Boost, Face Lift, Hair Refresh, and similar one-tap treatments, making it easy to try a direction before fine-tuning the result.
AirBrush is also positioned for video work, with face retouching, object removal, quality enhancement, and a Video Eraser entry available from the Home workspace. A creator can therefore use the app for a single selfie, a short social clip, or a consistent set of portraits, while filters and effects provide a faster finish when manual adjustments are not necessary.
Projects, Photos, and Editing Preferences
AirBrush keeps ongoing work in Projects, where Edited and AI Generated views separate saved tasks and finished edits. The empty-state prompts make the next action clear: start editing from the plus button, choose media, and return to the project area when you want to continue. The Photos view groups Recents, saved screen images, and Image of Model tabs, which helps narrow the starting material on a busy phone.
Settings adds practical controls around the creative workflow. Users can show an album on the homepage, choose whether to save originals, manage the watermark, change language, personalize data, and clear cache. This makes the app useful for occasional touch-ups as well as a repeatable editing routine.
