Choose the right camera, screen, or microphone feed
The Publisher menu brings Screen, rear-camera, ultra-wide, front-camera, and microphone-only choices into one starting point. This lets a presenter, interviewer, or mobile contributor match the feed to the task without changing apps.
Turn a Stream ID into a WebRTC viewing link
Publishing Settings can generate a Stream ID and accept an optional room name or password before connection. The resulting view link gives viewers or an OBS browser source a direct way to receive the live contribution.
Use native Android screen sharing and background publishing
The native app adds Android screen sharing and can keep a video feed running while the phone is in the background or screen-off. It suits mobile cameras, presentations, remote interviews, and other production inputs that need to keep moving.
