Townscaper 1.20 is a relaxed city-building toy for turning a blank water grid into colorful island architecture. Players select a shade, place house blocks, and let their arrangement resolve into connected streets, towers, arches, bridges, gardens, and canal-like gaps. The experience is deliberately self-directed: a small cluster can become a postcard-sized hamlet, while a longer session can stretch the same palette into layered waterfront districts or sky-bound structures. Its automatic construction keeps the creative loop approachable because the player shapes layout and mood rather than editing every roof or stair. Start a town from a single colored block
Choose a shade and place a house block on the irregular water grid, then build outward as streets and platforms begin to connect. The simple first step makes it easy to create a tiny island scene during a short break or keep expanding it into a larger neighborhood.
