For version 1.2.3, Tebra Kiosk is positioned as a clinic-facing Android companion for turning an appointment into a structured patient-intake handoff. Before deployment, enable a secure lock screen and Android screen pinning; the service is intended for Tebra accounts with Patient Intake access, and idle sessions may expire after five minutes.
Structured patient intake
The kiosk replaces paper intake with a guided tablet workflow. Practices can give patients a managed device for entering medical history, forms, and demographic details in a consistent format.
QR handoff from appointments
A QR code connects the practice appointment flow to the tablet. Staff can prepare the next patient from the dashboard, while the device remains focused on the intake task.
Review-ready patient information
Once a visitor finishes, the office can review the returned information in the web application before adding it to the chart. That separation lets the tablet serve as a focused collection station while staff retain control of record updates.
