Users can create a box from the home screen, give a project or memory collection its own place, and return to the same container whenever they need a document, photo, video, or note. The home view also surfaces recent items, so everyday material does not disappear inside a deep folder tree.
This structure works for trip memories, project references, study material, or household records. A box can hold a focused set of items while the home list shows what was added recently, making the app useful for both long-term archiving and quick retrieval.
Notes, Web Links, Images, and Files
Sharebox separates its main capture paths into Note, Web, Images, and File. That layout gives users a clear starting point for writing a short record, saving a web address, keeping an image, or adding a document instead of forcing every item through one generic upload flow. The same home screen keeps these entry points visible alongside the archive list.
Once content is stored, users can open a box, review recent files, and use the item menu for actions such as managing or sharing an entry. This makes the app practical when a collection mixes personal memories with reference material that needs to stay easy to find.
Discover and Download Shortcuts
The Discover area adds a lightweight content-browsing layer to the archive workflow. Sharebox presents shortcuts for interesting videos, images, music, news, and more, including visible TikTok and Zing News entries in the current interface. Users can move from the home screen to a chosen destination without losing the app’s main archive navigation.
The Download section is a separate utility for link-based tasks. An Enter URL field and download control provide a direct place to submit a link, while the queue reports when there is nothing waiting. Together, Discover and Download help users collect outside content and keep link-related actions close to their personal boxes.
Sharing, Tags, and Personal Controls
Sharebox keeps sharing and account-related controls in the profile area. The profile shows a share count, a recent-use label, Tags, Trash, and a Sign In action, giving users a compact place to review personal organization and account options. The app’s public description also positions sharing as a way to send archived photos, albums, documents, or ideas to friends and collaborators.
Sign-in is presented for backup and Box Member sharing, while the archive home can open before an account is added. That split suits users who want to organize content locally first and connect with friends or colleagues when a collection is ready to share.
