Find and Pay Nearby Machines
PayRange turns a phone into a payment control for unattended equipment fitted with PayRange hardware. Bluetooth discovers compatible machines within range, and the main screen lets users move between available choices before sending payment with a swipe. This keeps the core task focused on selecting the correct machine rather than handling coins, bills, or a separate card reader.
A QR entry and a Type to Select option provide additional ways to identify equipment when a nearby list is not enough. The home screen also keeps the prepaid balance visible, so users can confirm their available funds before starting a vending purchase, laundry cycle, arcade game, parking session, or another supported machine transaction.
Load and Manage a Prepaid Balance
The app uses a prepaid balance that can be funded before a machine purchase. Users open the balance panel, choose an amount, and select an available funding method. This approach makes repeat payments faster because money can remain ready for another supported machine instead of requiring a new card entry at every vending or laundry visit.
Funding choices can include cards, bank-based methods, digital wallets, and options such as Google Pay or Paze when available for the account and region. The balance panel makes the current currency and amount easy to review, while promotions, rewards, or statement-credit offers may add extra value for users who regularly pay at compatible machines.
Create an Account and Get Support
A PayRange account connects the prepaid balance, payment methods, and purchase activity to the user. New users can register with an email address and password or use the available Google sign-up route, while returning users can open the sign-in path from the home screen. The account step is part of preparing the app for real machine payments.
The navigation menu keeps Settings, Contact Us, and Help within reach without crowding the payment screen. In-app chat support can assist with funding or transaction questions, and account tools help users manage common follow-up tasks. Laundry users can also benefit from end-of-cycle alerts when a supported machine and notification settings provide that capability.
Use PayRange Across Everyday Shared Machines
PayRange is designed for places where a compatible unattended machine would otherwise accept coins, bills, or a local card system. Typical use cases include apartment laundry rooms, laundromats, vending areas, arcades, parking equipment, coffee machines, billiard tables, and other operator-owned hardware. One familiar workflow can therefore cover several routine purchases across different locations.
The machine itself must carry PayRange hardware, so the app is most useful where a PayRange Accepted Here sign or matching machine entry is present. Users who visit enabled locations repeatedly can keep funds in one prepaid balance, earn available rewards, receive applicable offers, and reduce the need to carry exact change for each transaction.
