Balances, Transactions, and Account Details
Mid Penn Bank puts everyday account oversight into a mobile workflow for customers who want a quick view of their finances. Users can review balances, read transaction history, and open detailed account information without waiting to visit a branch or use a desktop browser.
The account view is useful for checking whether a deposit arrived, reviewing recent spending, or keeping an eye on savings and money market accounts. By bringing the balance and activity view together with the rest of the banking tools, the app helps customers make routine decisions from a phone while they are at home, commuting, or away from their usual banking location.
Mobile Check Deposits from the Deposits Tab
Mobile check deposit gives customers a way to handle eligible checks from the phone instead of taking every deposit to a branch. The workflow begins in the Deposits area, where users can choose Deposit Check, follow the on-screen instructions, and endorse the check with the required wording before submitting it.
Check Deposit History helps users follow the result through statuses such as Pending, Accepted, or Rejected. The service also publishes daily limits of $5,001 for consumer accounts and $7,500 for business accounts, with a 4 p.m. cutoff for next-day availability in applicable cases. Terms and conditions can affect timing.
Transfers, Bill Pay, and Person-to-Person Payments
The app brings several common money-movement tasks into one place. Customers can transfer funds between accounts, pay bills, and use Zelle for person-to-person payments when the service is available for their account. These actions make the mobile banking experience useful for both planned payments and quick account housekeeping.
A customer might review a balance, move money to cover an upcoming bill, and confirm account activity without switching between separate services. Detailed account information and transaction history provide context around those actions, while the online-banking login keeps access connected to the customer’s existing banking relationship. The account history makes each action easier to follow.
Alerts, Locations, and Everyday Mobile Access
Alerts and location tools add practical support around the core banking workflow. Customers can set alerts for transactions above a chosen amount, receive push notifications for timely account updates, and look up Mid Penn Bank branches or ATMs when an in-person visit is needed.
Those options suit everyday moments such as checking a balance during a break, confirming that a payment was processed, or finding a nearby financial center. The app is designed to keep banking close at hand, while account access remains tied to online-banking enrollment and the services available through Mid Penn Bank. That arrangement keeps routine checks easy to repeat.
