Live TV and Themed Channel Browsing
MEO Go turns a phone or tablet into a mobile TV guide and viewing hub. Viewers can browse live channels through themed areas such as series, movies, documentaries, kids, sports, music, and news, then choose something to watch without navigating a traditional set-top box menu. The For You area can bring together frequently watched channels, unfinished programs, rented movies, and suggestions in one starting point.
The service is useful when you want to keep up with a match, news bulletin, episode, or family program while away from the main television. The refreshed layout groups channel discovery and playback routes more clearly, while the broad channel view helps users move between live options and their own viewing habits.
Catch-Up Recordings and Save for Later
Explore is built for viewers who arrive after a program has already aired. MEO Go provides access to automatic recordings from the recent seven-day window, making it possible to catch up on episodes, reports, and other broadcasts instead of waiting for a repeat. Program discovery can connect the guide, past broadcasts, and premium content in one viewing journey.
Version 6.13.3 adds a Save feature for previously broadcast content that users want to keep available beyond the automatic-recording period. That is practical for a film, sports replay, documentary, or series episode that cannot be watched immediately. Saving turns casual discovery into a personal queue, so viewers can return to selected programs when their schedule allows.
Profiles, MEO Box Sync, and Viewing Access
MEO Go supports a more personal television routine by connecting the app with the customer's MEO environment. Profiles can mirror content associated with a MEOBox, and a personal list keeps selected programs together instead of making users search through every channel again. Settings also provide a place to manage registered equipment and service choices.
Access depends on where and how the viewer connects. At home on MEO Wi-Fi, authentication can be automatic, while away-from-home or mobile-network use can ask for my MEO credentials and the relevant service subscription. This split makes the app convenient around the house but gives customers a clear route for managing access when they take viewing elsewhere.
Premium Channels, Sports, and Mobile Viewing
MEO Go suits short viewing sessions as well as planned TV time. Customers can follow sports programming, browse the sports calendar, watch channels from their package, and use premium options when those services are active. The VideoClub area extends the catalog with films for rental, while kids and news sections help households reach familiar content types quickly.
The app is designed for MEO TV customers using supported Android smartphones and tablets, with availability shaped by the service plan and region. It is especially useful for checking live programming on the move, catching up between commitments, or continuing a program away from the living-room screen without losing the context of the main TV service.
