Perform mode is designed for changing a beat while it plays. Trigger pads, switch banks, and reach for live controls such as Crush, Pitch, Comb, Ring, Reverb, Stutter, Gate, Filter, and Hold. These gestures make the same samples work for a quick improvisation, a transition, or a more expressive rehearsal, with effect choices visible rather than hidden in a deep menu.
A finished loop can be resampled through the effect chain, and the project menu can record a song or send a result out for use elsewhere. The mixer adds a place to balance parts and shape buses, while responsive attack and release controls make envelope changes easier to hear. Noise-gate and ring-modulator buses add extra color when a mobile mix needs contrast.
