Start with the Ident-ID and authentication code supplied by the requesting bank, telecom provider, insurer, or service, then follow the applicable document, VideoIdent, or eID path. The app can use the phone’s front and rear cameras for identity steps, while supported eID journeys use NFC to read encrypted card data. It helps users finish time-sensitive verification from home instead of arranging an in-person visit.
