Button Mapper lets Android users assign new actions to supported physical controls. Volume, headset, home, back, recent-apps, gamepad, remote, and other buttons can respond differently to a single press, double press, or long press. Actions can open apps or shortcuts, toggle the flashlight, control music, adjust brightness, show notifications, or trigger device functions, making frequently used tasks quicker to reach. A button list and setup guidance help organize custom mappings for everyday use. Some screen-off or system-level actions require additional setup such as ADB, and certain customization options are available through Pro features.
Three gestures for one button
Assign separate actions to a single press, double press, and long press on supported hardware keys. This expands what a familiar button can do without adding an on-screen control.
Shortcuts and device toggles
Open apps, launch shortcuts, control media, toggle the flashlight, or adjust brightness with a mapped press. Frequently repeated actions become quicker to reach during normal phone use.
Mappings for more than volume keys
Customize supported headset, home, back, recent-apps, gamepad, remote, and other buttons from the same list. Setup guidance helps users understand options that need extra ADB configuration.
